I’d most likely have given At Least 4⭐️ for the effectiveness/cleanliness of the sprayer/ brushes & also for the seemingly cheap, yet deceiving, $3 price it costs to get the machine going. Let me explain:: The self service car washing machine charges $3 in quarters to turn on. And it Does allow you to add more quarters when the timer is getting close to ending. HOWEVER—- after you put the $3 in and walk away to rush to wash your car within the supposed 3 minutes it looks like it’s giving you - the timer suddenly changes to only HALF that amount of time left!! It changes to 1 minute 30 seconds right after it starts the 3 minute timer!! And then if u put more quarters in to add more time - it only gives you 15 seconds for 25 cents!! That is an INSANE ripoff!! I’ve NEVER been to a self service car wash that scams you as much as this one does!! And if I wasn’t there w/someone else at the same time - I wouldn’t have even noticed the timer cheating you out of the already short amount of time they give you for $3!! It was truly so disappointing to have gone to this place bcuz it was already difficult enough to convince my boyfriend to be willing to go to a self service car wash in that ar

I don’t recommend this place due to the lack of attention to their car wash stations. There was a completely open hole on the ground and while we were brushing our car, she fell into the hole. We didn’t notice it until the accident happened. There was one Colombian guy and his girlfriend supposedly “in charge”, supposedly “working” at the car wash. But there were like other relatives and there was like 5 more guys, they had a loud speaker and were drinking beer. We asked for the owner’s phone number which “unfortunately” they didn’t have. Or maybe because we were going to use it to report the incident. This could really turned into a more serious incident, however she still got hurt. These people offer apologies which really don’t do much when accidents happen, instead they should be aware of this. This incident was today 4/29/23 at around 5:10 pm. Just because it’s Saturday doesn’t mean beer time. Respect your workplace people and value customers!!
